Welcome to (the) SHIP - Students - Heterogeneity - Inclusion - Potential!

This Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program is a joint initiative of Masaryk University Brno, University of Passau and KPH Vienna/Lower Austria.

It focuses on a more mindful approach to diversity in schools:

- unlocking every child´s potential

- strengthening students´ personalities

- activating self-efficiacy

Students are being introduced into heterogeneity and multi-collectivity as well as into theory and mechanisms of social inclusion and exclusion, the creation of inclusiveness, talent identification and multiple intelligences in a broader view. 

School visits throughout the presence phase offer a more detailed perspective into good practices of succesful inclusive gifted education in various settings.

Organization: 6 online sessions in April and May

Presence Week in Vienna: May 4-8, 2026.
