As part of the panel, short statements will be made on practical problems at Austrian schools. These statementswill then be discussed controversially. Prof. Dr Lehmann will introduce results from the project on Interreligious Encounter Learning (IEL), which he designed and coordinated together with Dr Alfred Garcia Sobreira-Majer. The paper will focus on the framing of ‘religion’ in Ethics and Religious Education.
