The website not only presents the specific activities of the researchers. It also provides multi-perspective insights into the concept of GCEd and its applicability in the professional field of education.

The underlying project establishes a programmatic link between the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and transformative pedagogy. The focus is primarily on sub-goal 4.7, where GCEd is specifically identified alongside ‘education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, a culture of peace and non-violence [...], the appreciation of cultural diversity and the contribution of culture to sustainable development’. In this sense, GCEd attempts to overcome national frameworks as well as methodological nationalism. It thus reacts to changing global conditions and challenges. GCEd seeks to establish other attitudes and possibilities for action through education.

Here you can find the link to the website.
