The COVID 19 pandemic is among the most urgent challenges of our times. Most recently, Prof. Dr. Stanley D. Brunn (University of Kentucky, USA) has published a comprehensive reference book (of over 1500 pages) on the pandemic. The book includes contributions from authors all over Africa, Australia, Asia, America and Europe.

Prof. Dr. Karsten Lehmann is anong those authors that have written on the relationship between the pandemic and religion. He has studied the immediate responses of religious NGOs to the pandemic.
